Job Description

Are you just as comfortable in a warehouse as you are communicating with customers? We’re looking for a Warehouse & Returns Coordinator to join our growing team in a varied, fast-paced role with real potential for progression.
This role offers a 50/50 split between warehouse and office work, making it perfect for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and getting stuck in.

Monday-Friday, £28-30k

The Role

This is a physical and customer-facing role, working closely with the Logistics Manager and wider team to keep things moving efficiently - from stock handling to customer communication and everything in between.

• Inspecting returned stock (large, heavy items) for damage
• Unboxing, lifting, and handling products using tools like Stanley knives
• Investigating and processing courier claims for damaged goods
• Speaking with customers to resolve returns or delivery issues
• Liaising with suppliers about faulty or returned stock
• General warehouse tasks and supporting wider logistics
• Maintaining clear and professional phone and email communication
• Supporting logistics admin - with potential to grow into a more logistics-focused role

About You

You\'re someone who doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty. You’re detail-oriented, organised, and physically fit enough to handle large stock items. But just as importantly, you’ve got strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with both customers and suppliers.

• Has warehouse or logistics experience
• Is confident speaking to customers via phone and email
• Is comfortable with physical work and manual handling
• Has a strong work ethic and a process-driven mindset
• Can take ownership of tasks and see them through independently
• Is interested in developing a career in logistics or operations
