Job Description

My client who are a reputable law firm are seeking an Administrator to join their New Business team.
The role will support the firm by streamlining client onboarding and assisting fee earners with due diligence enquiries. Perform client and matter opening processes, initiate due diligence checks, and support the compliance team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct AML checks and conflict searches on new clients and matters.
  • Assist clients with AML checks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage file opening for new clients and matters.
  • Review existing client documentation for compliance and additional checks.
  • Maintain accurate AML and conflict search records.
  • Support the wider compliance team and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Basic understanding of AML, conflict compliance, and onboarding (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Good communication skills with discretion.
  • IT competent with problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
