Job Description

My client are seeking a candidate with excellent project management skills to join their team as Client Services Manager.

The role would suit a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a client-facing role (internal). You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring clear communication and meticulous attention to detail throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Working hours are Mon-Thurs 8-5 and Mon-Fri 8-4.
This is an office based role. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and interpret incoming client briefs, ensuring they are accurately prepared and communicated across relevant departments.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously through the estimating, development, manufacturing, and dispatch phases.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed on project progress and key milestones.
  • Act as a central point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous knowledge and experience in POS or packaging
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using project management or CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Supervisory or Managerial responsibilities.
