Job Description

Our market leading client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is an administration based role, supporting the Project Managers.

6 month fixed term contract initially.
£25,000.
Monday to Friday.
  
Administrator - The Role:
  • Handling enquiries from clients via telephone and email and logging on the system.
  • Setting up new suppliers, clients and jobs on the system.
  • Obtaining quotations for equipment. 
  • Processing paperwork to ensure equipment is booked.
  • Preparing client contracts and acknowledgement of orders 
  • Processing invoices 
  • Filing of all paperwork generated
Administrator - The Candidate:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software 
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Experience in a similar role would be preferred
