Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join our client based in Bingham. This is a full time, permanent opportunity to join a growing business. You will be responsible for managing all stock control activities.£38-40k
The Role:
- Manage and oversee stock receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to maintain seamless stock flow.
- Monitor stock levels and sales patterns to anticipate demand and guide replenishment plans.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and data reconciliations.
- Identify inventory issues, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective solutions.
- Produce and present regular inventory reports with key insights for senior management.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or Inventory Assistant
- 3-5 years in stock control
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
