Operations Manager - About the Role:We're looking for a driven and experienced operations professional to oversee the day-to-day running of several locations. This senior role blends people management, compliance oversight, and process improvement, with a focus on delivering consistent results across multiple sites.
Operations Manager - What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee operations remotely, with site visits as needed
- Manage staffing levels, team performance, and rota planning
- Ensure legal and regulatory standards are met
- Review risk practices and update procedures where needed
- Support team development and lead on training initiatives
- Handle employee matters including reviews, investigations, and feedback
- Maintain strong client relationships and service delivery
- Keep documentation and reporting up to standard
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operations
- Solid background in multi-site operations
- Industry licence or certification (frontline or non-frontline)
- UK driving licence
- Strong working knowledge of compliance and H&S protocols
- Experience with team leadership and HR processes
- Confident communicator and effective problem-solver
