Job Description


My client are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile projects. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle—from concept through to completion—across the UK and Europe. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring creative visions to life for some of the world’s most recognised brands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, building strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and problem resolution.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead projects from initial brief to final installation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments across production, design, and logistics, as well as with external suppliers and contractors.
  • International Reach: Oversee UK and European installations, including on-site project delivery and client interactions; regular travel required.
  • Detail Management: Take full ownership of every detail related to your projects, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal processes and project management standards.
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior leadership to help shape the direction and continued success of the business.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Demonstrated success managing projects in retail displays, window installations, and pop-up retail environments
  • Proven experience in client-facing project management roles
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills
  • Solid understanding of materials, production techniques, and fabrication processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Commercially astute with strong business acumen
  • Effective team leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Background in manufacturing or production is highly advantageous
  • Experience working with fashion or luxury retail brands is a significant plus
  • Full, clean UK driving licence required
