Job Description
Our Shepshed based client are looking for a Technical Customer Advisor to join their team. You will work provide effective technical advice to a network of distributors and end users. You will actively assist their customers and colleagues in finding repair solutions should they have Warranty Issues.£30,000
Monday to Friday
Technical Customer Service Advisor – The Role:
- Provide effective engineering and technical support to Distributors & End Users
- Process warranty returns
- Investigate and Diagnose machines with problems and attempt to resolve where possible over the phone and email.
- Progress and chase customer escalations to satisfactory resolution.
- Continuing liaison with Sales, Service Department and Warehouse.
- Support the Customer Service, Technical Department and Service Department as required.
- A good general knowledge of engineering is essential.
- Practical experience and knowledge of products spares and servicing.
- Experience dealing with customers to give technical advice.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Good IT skills.
