Job Description

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join their team in the NG2 area of Nottingham. You will be responsible for looking after some of their key accounts, ensuring they receive a great service from start to finish and completing administrative duties alongside this.

£24,000 
Monday to Friday

Customer Service Administrator – The Role:
  • Being the first point of contact for key accounts via telephone and email, providing a great level of service.
  • Providing admin support to other areas in the business.
  • Ordering parts and equipment for works to be carried out.
  • Keeping the database up to date at all times.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Work as one team in supporting your colleagues.
Customer Service Administrator – The Candidate:
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of using Microsoft office.
  • Experience of using a database (desirable).
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
