Digital Content Creator – The Role
  • Help to build and manage a content calendar that attracts a qualified audience including blog posts, guides, web content, webinars, etc;
  • Build and manage the social media profile and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed relevant;
  • Conduct interviews with customers, employees and partners to inform content;
  • Engage with the charity sector, to develop understanding and develop our voice;
  • Work with our marketing agency to conduct analysis to improve content strategy/tactics;
  • Optimise content for search engines and lead generation;
  • Write various types of articles on a wide range of charity related topics for the blog;
  • Grow the blogs subscribers and expand its overall reach;
  • Optimise the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels.
Digital Content Creator – The Candidate
  • The ability and imagination to see and write great stories;
  • A passion for the charity sector and the business of customers and a desire to learn more;
  • Good writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone and voice of our business’s various type of content;
  • Commercial Experience in writing and use of social media for business purposes or a BA/NCJT degree;
  • Good communication skills and creative thinking, with the ability to use data.
