Job Description

• Authorise service and maintenance repair costs in alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Use Technical knowledge to question invoices and go back to supplier 
• Analyse mechanical failures, assess solutions, and make well-informed decisions based on technical knowledge.
• Negotiate cost-effective solutions while understanding the potential impact on VOR (Vehicle Off Road).
• Select qualified suppliers for service and repair work, ensuring they offer the most cost-effective options.
• Manage warranty, damage, and customer recharge processes effectively.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple platforms and ensure data is always up to date.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer literate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Technical knowledge or previous experience in the automotive / transport industry is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with customers and third parties.
