Technical Sales Administrator

Salary £25.5k

Monday-Friday

Our Loughborough based client are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is technical minded and able to pick up new product information easily. You will work to provide effective technical product advice and information to customers and process their orders accordingly. You will have a confident telephone manner as you will be making 25+ calls a day and build strong relationships with customers. Existing knowledge of commercial automotive parts, engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial.

Technical Sales Administrator - The Role

Providing product information and advising customers products.
Keeping customers up to date on product availability
Providing accurate and updated quotes
Identifying parts
Keeping track of delivery and lead times
Processing invoices and asking any relevant queries
General admin

Technical Sales Administrator - The Candidate

Experience in a similar customer service/ sales admin role
Technical minded
Team player
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages
Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous
Able to work to deadlines
