Job Description
My client, based in Shepshed, are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support their Account Managers by a high level of service to its customers.
Coordinating high volume deliveries to customers, your key duties will include:
Confirming deliveries with customers.
Updating notes on the report to provide full visibility for the Account Managers on potential sales gaps.
Update customers with monthly price updates, update SAP with correct pricing and haulage rates.
Provide support and cover for Planners during holiday periods and absence.
Sales order/Purchase order entry to support the team.
Own all elements of Customer service with our customers. This will include complaints, eta enquiries, delivery date enquiries, requests updates and pricing queries.
Sales Coordinator - The Candidate:
Previous experience in a busy customer service role is essential.
You must be able to multi-task effectively and organise your time well.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Experience of SAP would be beneficial.
You will be a hardworking, team player who thrives in a busy environment.
