We have a great opportunity for an experienced customer service individual to join our clients based in Loughborough. This is a full time, permanant role based in the office.

Salary: £25,000

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30

Customer Service Advisor - The Role

Liaise via email and telephone with customers, clients and third parties
Liaise with garages to arrange repairs and MOTs
Schedule appointments
Provide excellent customer service
Answer incoming calls promptly
Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
