My client are a thriving and long standing business in Leicester who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement and Inventory team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:
  • Liaise with supplies to effectively manager supply chain queries and resolve issues.
  • Manage purchase orders - track orders, confirm delivery dates and manage stock lead times.
  • Manage shared inbox 
  • Provide weekly reports and updates on price discrepancies, product issues and 
  • Relay product issues to suppliers in timely manner
  • Ensure system is up to date with latest booking requests 

The Candidate: 
  • You will be an experienced Administrator who has worked in purchasing, procurement, buying or inventory. 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential. 
  • You will be IT literate and numerate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.  
  • Proactive and positive approach to work
