Job Description

My client are a thriving and long standing business in Leicester who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement and Inventory team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:

Liaise with supplies to effectively manager supply chain queries and resolve issues.
Manage purchase orders - track orders, confirm delivery dates and manage stock lead times.
Manage shared inbox
Provide weekly reports and updates on price discrepancies, product issues and
Relay product issues to suppliers in timely manner
Ensure system is up to date with latest booking requests

The Candidate:

You will be an experienced Administrator who has worked in purchasing, procurement, buying or inventory.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
You will be IT literate and numerate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive and positive approach to work
