My client who are a leading law firm, are seeking a Property Executive to join their Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Scanning, photocopying, printing and filing – keeping files up to date
- Opening case files on electronic case management system
- Dealing with emails and phone calls from solicitors, clients, third parties and other team members
- Assisting with the preparation and issuing of documentation (contracts, transfers, leases, deeds of covenant both paper and electronic)
- Setting up extranets dataroom
- Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up-to-date
- Making payments of invoices, cheques, BACs payments & billing
Your skills and qualifications
- Previous experience working as a legal administrator or in a similar role is advantageous however not essential, as training will be provided.
- Very strong computer skills, specifically in relation to MS Office and use of case management systems is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work calmly and effectively in a highly pressurised environment.
- Attention to detail and client service orientated approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team, as well as individually with a positive attitude.
