Job Description

My client are a prestigious law firm. They are seeking a Digital Market Officer to join their Marketing function on a full-time, permanent basis. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital & Digital Manager to drive the development and implementation of the firm’s digital and data strategy.
  • Supervise the firm’s public-facing digital communication channels including website, email marketing and social media to connect with current & prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver a roadmap of key activities and milestones for each of the channels above to expand the firm’s digital footprint.
  • Develop good data and analytical management by designing effective reporting for end users (from lawyers through to business development coordinators) that are meaningful and easy-to-consume to drive performance improvements and enable us to compare results against key performance indicators & ROI.
  • Support the Head of Digital in the delivery of digital transformation including digital personalisation and CRM integration with website & email marketing.
  • Develop better ways of working, utilising (where applicable) technologies, that will allow the firm’s key stakeholders to easily and efficiently publish content across multiple digital channels.
  • Be heavily involved with new digital, CRM and email projects from initial planning, content gathering and testing to delivery and completion.
  • Be responsible for monitoring and developing SEO and keyword tracking, including managing tools to improve website performance.
  • Support on paid media advertising such as PPC and LinkedIn sponsored content.
  • Work closely with our digital assistant to create and share high quality digital media (including video, podcasts & infographics).
  • Provide proactive digital marketing advice to the firm and deliver high-quality end user support and training.
  • Collaborate with other supporting teams to create impressive client-centric digital marketing campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of current digital trends & technologies and proactively maintain and develop technical knowledge.
 
Your skills and qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Substantial experience in supporting complex digital marketing initiatives with a strong knowledge of web design and digital growth techniques.
  • A strong understanding and experience of connecting digital technologies to enhance the whole marketing communications process including CRM, website, email marketing and social media.
  • Be familiar with our digital technologies: Umbraco, Microsoft Customer Insights Journeys and Microsoft Sales Enterprise.
  • Be a team player and able to manage own workload.
