Job Description
Our fantastic client, based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, are looking for an Estimator/ Technical Sales Engineer to join their Internal Sales Department due to continued growth. They are looking for someone forward thinking, self‐motivated and enthusiastic. There would be exciting opportunities for long term progression in this role.
£30,000
Monday to Friday day time hours.
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Estimator/ Technical Sales Engineer - The Role:
- Creating accurate estimates and quotations within requested timescales.
- Assisting and supporting the sales team.
- Customer liaison.
- Occasional attendance to sites and customers for enquiry or project discussion when and if required.
- Occasional attendance to industry related exhibitions as part of the sales team.
- To partake in suitable training when and if required.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and convert into estimates / quotations.
- Personable, presentable, and articulate.
- Computer proficient.
- Strong administration, organisation and communication skills.
- A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline. (Not essential but an advantage).
- CAD drawing / 3d Modelling experience – (Not essential but an advantage).
