- Testing,
- Code maintenance
- Specialist application development
- Development of business solutions using low code & no code platform
Junior IT Analyst - The role:
- Thorough understanding of business requirements and end user expectations
- Support solution reviews during the development phase providing feedback
- Documented testing of solutions during development and assisting with end user testing / acceptance
- Technical documentation of developments (high level for example, description of solution, location of source code, supporting resources e.g. host name, database, dependencies, integrations etc)
- Routine maintenance of code in relation to simple bug fixes or minor enhancements or environmental changes
- Previous experience within an IT role
- Experienced working with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent understanding of technology and its impact on business
- Knowledge of Microsoft programming (Visual Studio, SQL Server)
- Experience of legal application software
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Problem-solving skills
- Can work well under pressure
- Flexible work ethic
