Account Manager – The Role
- Building and nurturing customer relationships through sales activity, maximising opportunities
- Conducting pricing and contract negotiations.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Managing suppliers to ensure positive working relationships are maintained.
- Attending customer meetings and trade shows when needed.
- Working to SLAs
- Maintaining accurate customer information
Account Manager – The Candidate
- You will be a positive, driven and hard working individual with a desire to provide excellent customer service and maximise business.
- We are looking for a candidate who is happy to sell and to manage existing customers to the best of their ability.
