Kirkland Associates are seeking a Workshop Service Engineer to join our clients Service Department team to provide maintenance & repairs to a variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic products
Workshop Service Engineer:
- Carry out repairs and return products to a safe & operable condition
- Provide technical support to the Customer Service Department
- Perform site visits when necessary should products be too large for transport
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections
- Rota working within the assembly area
- Good mechanical/engineering knowledge with hands on experience
- Mechanically & electrically proficient
- Technical support experience is desirable
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills - MS Office
