    Job Description

    My client, based in Hinckley, are seeking a hardworking and customer focused candidate to join their busy internal sales team. 
     
    Providing a high level of service at all times, you will play an integral part in the customer journey.
    Key duties will include:
    • Dealing with incoming customer enquiries from a varied customer base.
    • Providing quotations and following these up
    • Providing basic technical assistance and information
    • Maintaining the customer database, keeping records accurate and up to date.
    • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 
    • General administrative duties
    Internal Sales - The Candidate:
     
    • The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, either sales or customer service.
    • You will be driven and happy to work towards targets
    • Excellent written and verbal communication is essential along with the ability to adapt your approach accordingly. 
    • You will be friendly and a team player with the ability to self motivate.
