Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

My client are a market leader in their field who are experiencing a rapid period of growth. Due to internal promotion they are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive Customer Care team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a busy and varied role, key duties will include:

Answering incoming queries from business customers via telephone and email/
Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer need are met.
Resolving or escalating any problems with customer orders.
Advising customers on new products.
Keep customers updated on their existing orders
General administrative tasks.

The Candidate:

Candidates will have previous customer service experience within an office environment.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication and a willingness to learn.
The ability to multi-task and a fast paced environment is essential along with good attention to detail.
You will have good IT skills and be a quick learner.
