Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

My client are a market leader in their field who are experiencing a rapid period of growth. Due to internal promotion they are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive Customer Care team on a full-time, permanent basis. 
 
This is a busy and varied role, key duties will include:

  • Answering incoming queries from business customers via telephone and email/  
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer need are met.
  • Resolving or escalating any problems with customer orders.
  • Advising customers on new products.
  • Keep customers updated on their existing orders
  • General administrative tasks. 
The Candidate:
  • Candidates will have previous customer service experience within an office environment. 
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication and a willingness to learn. 
  • The ability to multi-task and a fast paced environment is essential along with good attention to detail. 
  • You will have good IT skills and be a quick learner.
