The Role:

Process purchase orders
Provide accurate quotes for customers
Manage shared inboxes and answer phone calls
Liaise with couriers to arrange deliveries
Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times
Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service

About you...

Experinece in an office based customer service role (desireable)
Strong IT skills - able to pick up new systems
Strong time management skills
Friendly, personable and bubbly
Keen to learn and develop skills
Admin experience
