The Role:
- Process purchase orders
- Provide accurate quotes for customers
- Manage shared inboxes and answer phone calls
- Liaise with couriers to arrange deliveries
- Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times
- Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
About you...
- Experinece in an office based customer service role (desireable)
- Strong IT skills - able to pick up new systems
- Strong time management skills
- Friendly, personable and bubbly
- Keen to learn and develop skills
- Admin experience
Commutable from West Bridgeford, Nottingham City Centre, Leicestershire, Bingham, Radcliffe on Trent, Cotgrave, Arnold and surrounding areas.
