We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join our Derby based client on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a close knit and supportive team to help drive the expansion of the company through a mixture of account management and customer service.
Your focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and maximise all potential opportunities. You will look after your own client base and be responsible for the retention and growth of clients throughout the industry. Client satisfaction is most important to the company so you will be professional and friendly and be able to communicate clearly.
- Monday-Friday, hybrid.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- £30-35k basic salary.
Customer Account Coordinator - Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
· Contact existing and lapsed clients to discuss current needs
· Learn products and services and provide excellent knowledge to customers
· Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
· Research prospective clients via social media
· Provide quotes and negotiate on packages with clients
Customer Account Coordiantor – The Candidate · You will have 3 years’ experience in an account manager role
· You will have proven experience building relationships
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
