Conveyancing Paralegal - Leamington Spa

Kirkland Associates are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal on behalf of a leading firm based in Leamington Spa. Conveyancing Paralegal Key Accountabilities:
·Dealing with clients in a professional manner either on the telephone or face to face.
·Providing quotations to clients
·Producing property reports
·Raising enquiries 
·Dealing with files from start to finish.
·Completing registrations.
·Manage and prioritise case load
·Drafting completion statements 
·Supporting other team members
 
Conveyancing Paralegal Skills/ Experience:
·6 months experience within conveyancing department
·High energy, self-motivated individuals with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit
·Tenacity and creative approach to achieving goals
·Well-presented and professional.
