Job Description

Our Solihull client are looking for an Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanant basis. You will be joining our client's Property New Business Team. 


The Role:

    • Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
    • Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move.
    • Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
    • Providing full support to the Property New Business Team
    • Preparing correspondence 
    • Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
  The Candidate: 
  • Administration experinece 
  • Experience in a law firm / residential experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent telephone manner
