Conveyancing Assistant

Job Description

Our client based in Coventry, are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.
 
Conveyancing Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

- Assist conveyancing solicitors in managing the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and agreements
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and correspondence
- Assist with the completion of property searches and land registry applications
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed
 
Conveyancing Assistant - The Candidate:

- Previous experience working in a conveyancing role or legal environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines within the Conveyancing process
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Some knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulations, and documentation.
