ConveyancerWe are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our client based in Derby. This is a permanant, full time opportunity.
Monday-Friday
Salary up to £50,000
The Role:
- Managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload.
- Conduct Legal Searches
- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload.
- Hold a relevant professional qualification (CLC) or possess significant experience managing your own caseload.
- Be proficient in using case management systems and IT tools.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of the importance of meeting business targets.
- Have experience in managing a demanding and fast-paced workload, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Be highly self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
