Job Description
Our client is a well-established Law Firm in Tamworth. They're looking for a Commercial Property Secretary to join the team on a permanent basis. Flexible hours can be considered for the right candidate.
You will support the department through secretarial and administrative duties, including but not limited to
- Supporting fee earners on Commercial Property (and some residential) matters
- Audio typing
- Diary management
- Telephone calls, taking messages and passing these on
- Answering general email enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Updating clients on their files where possible
- Other administrative duties to support the office; filing, scanning, printing etc.
You will have:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in Commercial Property but this is not essential
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
