Job Description
Our Derby based client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanant basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are leaders in their field. Our client can offer a supportive, fast paced and creative environment.
You will have excellent customer service skills and provide an excellent all round service to both new and existing customer accounts. You will deal with all incoming enquiries from customers and provide accurate quotations in a timely manner. Experience taking creative design briefs from clients would be beneficial to this role, as well as experinece nurturing and growing exisiting client accounts.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000

- Looking after existing clients and being first point of contact
- Maintaining frequent contact and developing relationships
- Work towards sales targets
- Taking briefs from clients and providing accurate quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- General admin duties
- You must have excellent Customer Service/ Account Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experinece working for a creative agency
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
