Job Description

Our client is a supportive firm in Coventry with traditional values. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing department after a period of growth.

The salary for this position is £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team. Your duties may include, but will not be limited to:
- Answer the telephone and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Diarise meetings and appointments efficiently
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Audio copy typing
- Liaising with clients and third parties where appropriate
- Any ad hoc duties required by the Head of Department

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary in a Conveyancing Department
- Good word processing skills and computer literacy
- Sound knowledge of the Conveyancing process
