Job Description

Our client is a multi-site, regional Law Firm with offices in the West Midlands. They're looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to provide support to their Conveyancing department on a part-time, permanent basis. Ideally, you would work Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm in Balsall Common.
This role will also include working on Reception.
Duties include:
  • Process incoming telephone calls 
  • Audio typing and copy typing
  • Preparation of contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage deeds
  • Using Land Registry portal
  • Dealing with clients in person and via telephone
  • Taking messages
  • General office duties
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, as well as sound knowledge of audio typing, and working knowledge of MS Word, and Outlook 
Salary dependent on experience, up to £24,000
