Office Administrator/Receptionist - The Role
This would be a great opportunity for somebody with a keen interest in administration, or for a Law Graduate to get their foot in the door within a Law Firm. 
  • You will be primarily supporting the Office Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Processing telephone calls and taking messages or redirecting appropriately.
  • Taking delivery of items and post and ensuring they make their way to the intended recipient, whether through scanning and emailing, or physical delivery.
  • Managing petty cash and making sure all expenses are accounted for with documented evidence.
  • Flexible and willing to travel between the 4 offices to either run errands or cover absences.
  • Assisting Partners and Office Manager with any ad hoc duties as and when requested
Office Administrator/Receptionist - The Candidate
Our client is looking for someone with excellent computer literacy, organisation skills, and attention to detail. The ability to communicate is a must along with knowing how to prioritise work load. Ultimately, you must have flexibility and willingness to 'muck in' where necessary, and come to work with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.

You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.

Please also note there are elements of manual handling.
