Job Description

Our client is a friendly and supportive firm based in Coventry. They are looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to provide administrative support across all departments. 

A tech-savvy and IT literate graduate would be an ideal candidate. The salary for this role is £20,000

The duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a professional service both in person and on the telephone
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
- Take delivery of any post and ensure they are either delivered to the intended recipient or stored correctly
- Operate the switchboard
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing
- Receive documents from clients including taking copies of ID
- Stock take of stationary items
- Manage petty cash including liaising with the Accounts department and updating excel spreadsheet
- Provide support to Fee Earners to assist with file closing
- Further administrative tasks as and when required by the departments.

The successful candidate will:
- Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel, and a good general knowledge of IT.
- Be flexible and willing to travel between all offices as and when required
- Be willing and able to learn new skills
- Have a strong attention to detail

This role does include elements of Manual Handling.
