Job Description

Our client is a friendly and supportive Law Firm based in Coventry. They are looking for an Office Administrator to provide administrative support on a full-time permanent basis.

This role would suit a tech-savvy individual with excellent IT skills. The salary for this role is £20,000.

The duties will include providing a professional service both in person and over the phone, keeping the reception area and meeting rooms presentable, taking delivery of post, operating the overflow switchboard, stock taking of stationary, and other general office duties as and when required.

To be successfully shortlisted for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate your IT skills, particularly your knowledge on Microsoft Excel. The client is looking for a candidate who has knowledge of using formulas and complex features of the software. You will also need to have an excellent telephone manner and be switched on.

This role does include elements of Manual Handling and a full, clean driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
