Job Description

Our client is a supportive and progressive firm based in Coventry. They are looking for a tech-savvy individual to provide administrative support across all departments.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an IT literate graduate with an interest in administration or reception work. The salary is £20,000.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your professionalism and positive attitude to work, alongside a willingness to learn.

The duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a professional service both in person and on the telephone
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
- Take delivery of any post and ensure they are either delivered to the intended recipient or stored correctly
- Operate the switchboard
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing
- Receive documents from clients including taking copies of ID
- Stock take of stationary items
- Manage petty cash including liaising with the Accounts department and updating excel spreadsheet
- Provide support to Fee Earners to assist with file closing
- Further administrative tasks as and when required by the departments.

The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be flexible and willing to take up any necessary training, have a full, clean driving licence and access to a car and a strong attention to detail.

This role does include elements of Manual Handling.
