Kirkland Associates are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our clients team and be an essential member maintaining, servicing & repairing pumps. If you are a skilled engineer with excellent customer service skills then we want to hear from you.
Field Service Engineer - The role
- Servicing, maintenance & repair of pumps
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Contact customers to discuss and offer service contracts
- Travel to customer sites as required
Field Service Engineer - The candidate
- Previous experience in a service engineering role
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Good communication and customer service & sales skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
