Legal Administrator - Conveyancing

Job Description

We are working with a reputable and successful Law Firm in Sheffield. They are looking to appoint a Legal Administrator to their expanding Conveyancing Department. 
You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing teams, through duties including, but not limited to:
- Liaising with clients and colleagues
- Preparing and sending out documents
- Requesting title deeds and redemption figures
- Creating paper files for fee earners to review
- Handling enquiries appropriately
- Transcribing dictation 
You will have:
- Experience within a Conveyancing department, ideally as a Secretary or Administrator
- Excellent customer care
- The initiative to work alone, as well as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Aim Evolution and Mattersphere
