Our client is a successful law firm in Sheffield. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Clinical Negligence department.
If successful, you will provide secretarial support to the department, with duties including:
- Audio transcription
- Drafting correspondence and documents,
- Diary management,
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Other tasks as required by the department
To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Legal Secretary and excellent communication skills. The following attributes will also be advantageous:
- Experience in a Clinical Negligence department
- Accurate typing with a minimum speed of 65wpm
- Ability to input information on to databases accurately
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Big Hand 
- Empathy and sensitivity when handling difficult cases
