Our client is seeking an enthusiastic legal secretary within their busy and expanding Wills and Probate department in Sheffield.

The client prides themselves on the quality of their services and so the successful candidate will place high value on their client care. 

The duties within this role will include closing and organising files, maintaining an organised diary, and liaising with clients both over the phone and face-to-face. 

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
- A minimum typing speed of 65WPM with accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong competence with computer systems such as Microsoft Office including    Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of BigHand digital dictation 
- The ability to develop sturdy working relationships with both colleagues and clients is essential

Experience within this role is essential.
Salary is dependent on experience.
