Our client is seeking an assistant conveyancer for their busy and expanding conveyancing department in Sheffield

The company prides themselves on the quality of their services so the successful candidate will be someone who can provide an excellent client-centric service.

The role will include undertaking typical conveyancing duties including liaising with clients and third parties; preparing and exchanging contracts, and other duties within purchase and sales. 

The ideal candidate must have:
- A quick and efficient way of working,
- The ability to work in a team, as well as having the initiative to work alone 
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Aim Evolution accounting package, and Mattersphere document management system. 

Experience in an assistant conveyancer role is desired, the client will also consider candidates who have worked within a busy residential conveyancing department.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
