Job Description

My client are a market leader in their field who offer a range of exciting and innovative products. They are looking for an Internal Sales Professional to join their team on a permanent basis.
 
You will Manage a diverse portfolio of small accounts across the UK, while also providing crucial support to area managers and installers. Responsibilities include nurturing warm leads, handling inquiries, processing sales orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
Internal Sales - The Role
  • Lead, nurture, and expand inside sales accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with field sales teams.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in CRM systems.
  • Support team members in achieving collective and individual objectives.
  • Drive sales growth within small accounts.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to sales support processes.
  • Cultivate and expand strong customer relationships.
  • Provide in-house assistance to area managers.
  • Uphold professional conduct and corporate guidelines.
Internal Sales - The Candidate:
 
  • Previous experience in a proactive sales role.
  • The ability to process basic technical information
  • A willingness to learn a new product area. 
  • Customer-centric mindset, actively addressing customer needs and enhancing experiences.
  • Build trust through accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Embrace proactivity, diversity, and change.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in using telephone and computer systems.
  • Target-oriented.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Organizational skills to manage workload and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential.
  • UK driving licence and own car
