    Sales Coordinator

    We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client based on the outskirts of Burton. They have grown significantly in the last year, so it is a really exciting time to join the team. Our client can offer long term progression and support. 

    You will be supporting the sales department by providing excellent customer service, processing orders, providing quotes and advising on deliveries. Please note due to location you will need to drive.

     Sales Coordinator - The Role 
    • Taking incoming calls from customers and advising on products 
    • Processing orders
    • Keeping customers up to date on product availability
    • Providing accurate and updated quotes
    • Keeping track of delivery and lead times
    • Processing invoices and asking any relevant queries
    • Liaise with clients across the world
    Sales Coordinator  - The Candidate 
    • Experience in a similar Sales Admin/ Sales Support role
    • Friendly and reliable
    • Team player
    • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages
    • Able to work to deadlines
