Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in the Heanor area. Our client are very passionate about customer satisfaction which has led them to being highly successful and leaders in their field. You will provide quality customer service and accurate processing of orders and enquiries.

Monday-Friday, office based. 
£21,000-£23,000

The Role: 
  • Provide quotations to customers 
  • Follow up on customer enquiries to maximise customer retention
  • You will be the first point of contact for sales enquiries via the phone and email.
  • Keep company database updated 
  • Help sales team process orders 
The Candidate: 
  • Experience in an admin or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Strong work ethic and flexible attitude 
  • Good IT skills - ideally experience using Microsoft packages
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
