- Support the culture of customer excellence and continuous improvement within the department
- Resolve and respond to customer queries by email or telephone
- Work with colleagues to achieve targets within the department
- Support the workflow within the business by sharing knowledge with other departments
- Process tasks to ensure proficient customer service
- Keep up to date with company documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
- Performing additional duties where needed
The Candidate:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service focused environment
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Confident communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload of your own, while remaining mindful of any pressure within the wider team
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- A productive and kind team player
