Job Description

We are looking for an experieneced Receptionist/ Front of House individual to join our client based in Nottingham City Centre. This is a great opportunity to join a leading law firm who can offer long term security.

You will have experience in a similar position in the professional services industry and have a professional and friendly demeanor.

Salary: £24-27k
Monday-Friday 9-5:30

The Role:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Screen and forward calls to relevant departments
Organising, creating and managing meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
Filing
Arrange travel bookings and accomodation
Assist with telephone conference call set up
Assist with building maintenance - e.g air conditioning, office keys allocation and liasing with relevant contractors.

The Candidate:

Experinece in a receptionist/ front of house role in a professional services environment.
Experinece in a law firm would be desireable
Friendly and professional approach
Strong organisation skills
Excellent comminication skills
