Receptionist  

Our Castle Donington based client are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. It is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for their customers and clients both face to face and over the phone.
 
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15 to 17:30.
 
Receptionist – The Role:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing a reception area that is welcoming, comfortable and smartly presented.
  • Answering all telephone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Developing good client relationships and recognising any selling opportunities.
  • Delivering work of a high standard within agreed timescales.
  • Managing and setting up meeting rooms.
  • General administration where required.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the building.
  • Oversee support staff for maintenance and cleaning.
 
 
Receptionist – The Candidate:
 
  • Professional, approachable and friendly manner with a smart appearance.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing workloads.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Organised approach to work.
