The Customer Success Executive role is focused on supporting their Account Managers and Sales team in developing and maintaining excellent relationships and service levels with their clients, to increase their revenues and achieve customer success.

Customer Success Executive – The Role:
  • Ensure excellent communication levels with assigned clients via email, phone and digital marketing channels,
  • Attend client meetings to support the account managers,
  • Support lead generation via research,
  • Create sales quotations/commercial proposals/statements of work,
  • Conduct detailed client research and keep it up to date,
  • Arrange internal meetings for and on behalf of Account Managers,
  • In partnership with the Account Managers, arrange internal strategy meetings and contribute to the strategy for assigned client accounts.
  • Maintain internal client information and sales documentation up to date,
  • Support the maintenance of the client data records
Customer Success Executive – The Candidate:
  • Experience in a sales and customer service environment (3-5 years in a similar role).
  • Having worked in the digital/IT software services industry would be an advantage.
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communications with clients.
  • Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure sales environment.
  • Research skills to support lead generation and execution of sales strategies.
  • Proactive attitude to identify new sales opportunities and connections
  • Proven experience and evidence of managing time, meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Strong numeracy and written skills to support creation of proposals and quotations.
