Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our clients small and friendly team based close to Castle Donington. 

Full time, permanent role.
Monday to Friday.

The Role:
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email
  • Providing quotes and handling logistics 
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Monitoring stock levels 
  • Providing accurate information regarding products
  • Resolving problems
The Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyse information effectively and provide solutions
  • IT literate including Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
